We’re looking for a passionate Therapy Lead to shape and oversee our specialist Arts Therapy provision for autistic young adults and learners with additional needs. This role combines direct therapeutic practice with leadership, mentoring trainee therapists, quality assurance, and close collaboration with our multidisciplinary team to ensure every student receives high-quality, person-centred support.
