We were really excited to have the first student council meeting for the year. Our council members communicated their hopes for the student council which included making new friends, changing and developing the college and working as a team.
One of the first tasks for the council was to decide how to spend a £50 voucher from UCL. The students decided to put the money towards the Christmas party with ideas such as a YouTube subscription, Karaoke machine hire, games, PS5 and VR headset hire and some new decorations. The students have excellent ideas for college improvements and demonstrated lots of enthusiasm for making changes happen. Well done to our fantastic council members!
