Students have highly specialised, structured and personalised programmes of study, designed to develop their skills, interest, attitudes and confidence that will support their personal aspirations and EHCP outcomes which will increase the likelihood of meaningful outcomes and better destinations in life.
Phoenix College is outcome-focused and we support each student’s EHCP outcomes and aspirations to deliver a programme where emphasis is placed on effective Communication and Social Interaction within the college environment, community and workplace through Functional Skills – Literacy and Numeracy, Life and Living Skills, Employability and Personal Development, which is supported through specialist communication, visuals and structured ASD approaches.
